By creating an account or using the innoMinder platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

innoMinder provides a web-based platform for sending automated SMS, Email, and Voice reminders. We facilitate the transmission of messages through third-party carriers and providers. We do not guarantee 100% delivery rates as transmission depends on external telecommunication networks.

3. User Responsibilities & Compliance

You represent and warrant that you have obtained express written consent from your clients to send them automated communications. You agree to comply with all local and international laws, including the TCPA (US) and GDPR (EU) regarding automated messaging.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use innoMinder to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or any content that is illegal, threatening, or harassing. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

innoMinder shall not be held liable for any lost revenue, missed appointments, or business disruptions resulting from failed message deliveries or system downtime. The service is provided "as-is."

6. Subscription & Billing

Our service is billed on a subscription basis ($49/mo). You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial months of service.
